Our team
The people andpartners behindKLARO
KLARO is built by operators and researchers who understand why Philippine SME teams stick to notebooks, paper forms, hardcopies, and group chats instead of formal systems, and who design data tools people actually adopt, from retail floors to field operations. That includes the long-standing agricultural and community partners below, who anchor our ongoing impact and CSR commitments.

Our approach
Built with operators, not for them.
Product decisions come from time spent with teams in outlets, offices, kitchens, warehouses, terminals, and fields, seeing how they capture sales, inventory, costs, and handoffs in the middle of a real workday, not assumptions from a desk.
The gap we are solving
Reliable records create room to grow.
When a cooperative cannot reliably track what was sold, visibility into receivables and payables suffers, and the gap can stall scaling. Small unrecorded transactions, untracked receivables, and unconfirmed payments compound into leakage over time, not because people are dishonest, but because consistency is difficult without a system that supports it.
Tracking does not file BIR returns or compute compliance figures. It gives cooperatives, accountants, and bookkeepers usable inputs instead of a reconstruction scramble at filing time, while consistent records help build trust but verified between management and staff.
The goal extends beyond internal tracking. Stronger records can help level the playing field so farmers and buyers with weaker infrastructure or capacity can still compete. That is about market access, not just operational control.

Our shared mission
Make good work visible, verifiable, and easier to grow.
Together with our partners and stakeholders, we turn everyday activity into records people can act on: what was sold, what is owed, what needs review, and what an accountant can use when BIR filing time comes. The same consistency can widen market access for farmers and buyers with less infrastructure or capacity, giving more people a fairer chance to compete.
